Spreadin the real: Rick Ross and the Roots-BMF

The Roots (go get that 'How I got over' album) one of my favorite groups and damn near the only hip hop band with real instrumentation (live drums and guitars, etc.) and Rozay aka Ricky Ross aka Officer Ricky aka the Bawse (i can go all day), Rick Ross perform B.M.F. on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon...i think that Teflon Don is his best solo effort to date...11 tracks of solid music, I'm not a fanatic Ross fan but this last album is good (been playing B.M.F. more than any other track too)...peep the performance

Tip of the Week #12: No E-Beefin, its corny

I'm going to make this short and blunt...dudes beefin on the internet is some bitch shit...its corny and wack to beef with another dude by typing some inflammatory shit about another dude on a message board anonymously...i don't like to see two or three dudes goin back and forth on Facebook or some message board talkin shit to each other about their senseless opinions on a topic...knowing that if they saw each other in person they all wouldn't do anything...it has the characteristics of a female talking nonsense trash to another female about some insignificant stuff...so dudes stop beefing with other females or males on Facebook, Twitter, Myspace (who still uses this anyway), BlackPlanet (and this too who uses this), UStream, even YouTube or any message board...

p.s. - I'm an advocate of the anti-moist, anti-corny and anti-bitch assedness movements...
